2 pieces of Shungite or Shungite Harmonizers

A timer or cell phone

Crystal Ritual

Sit in a cross-legged position on the floor

Set your timer for 11 minutes

Place a Shungite piece in each hand. If you are using the harmonizers, put the Shungite piece in your left hand and the Steatite in your right hand

While you’re holding your stones, ask the Universe to help you transform your past judgments, thoughts, one-sided opinions and preconceived notions of 2016 into a more neutral, centered space

While holding your Shungite crystals, you’re driving your body, mind and soul into a spiritually, unified space. The Shungite will absorb any dark, dense power, absorb it from your energetic fields and eliminates it
